My top tip for living with less anxiety is to make things every single day.
And in order to make things everyday, one needs to make time to work. The more time I spend thinking about how to express ideas and what ideas to express, the less time I have to worry about things beyond my control. The key word is *less* time.
By the end of my first 100 day project in 2016 (at a time when I wasn’t creating something every single day and didn’t know how on earth I would make the time to do it), I learned that
1. I can indeed find at least 20 minutes to create everyday
2. Over time, 20 minutes adds up to quite a lot of work
3. Free time must be carved out and protected.
